3m45 - Thanks to Dan Gorgone for the SethMatch introductory Vignette
4m45 - A chat about "Small is the new Big", thinking different and acting fastly.
19m15 - Fosters: Australian for "Life after the 30-second spot" and taking risks
24m35 - Seth disagrees with the assertion that consumers are smart(er) than us
26m05 - We take questions from Chris Herbert (on the role of salespeople), Michael Seaton (on one trend/innovation/technology worth noting), Peter Stephenson (on brands being invited into conversations) and David Armano (on the Godin "no comment" meme)
Sidebar: Markets or Marketing as Conversations?
48m - Embrace hatred post i.e. polarizing feelings are better than no feelings at all
50m25 - An interesting point from Seth about consumers getting a come-uppence with respect to unreasonable expectations and the parallel with respect to bloggers' ire
52m30 - Winners and Losers: Both my winner and loser is Agency.com for their so-called Viral Subway RFI video. Seth's winner is Dixie Chicks and losers are all those companies who refuse to take risks...which brings us back to D'oh, an agency, an agency.com....
1h01 - Seth makes an offer to Across the Sound listeners (sethgodin@yahoo.com)
Notable Mentions: Westchester Mall, David Armano, Corbin Bernsen, Nando's Chickenland, Starbucks, Apple, Tourneau, Dixie Chicks, Agency.com, Subway, Crocs, Steve Jobs, Cartier, Fosters, Bill Bernbach, Dell, Google, Carl Jung, Wal-mart, K-mart, Target, Peppers & Rogers, Bryan Eisenberg, American Cancer Association, Tom Ajello

Wow, only four questions? Now I am bummed I didn't make the time to record one, thought you'd get loads.
Still, great show, thanks to you both.

After listening to Seth's loser of the week, I thought that I would link this video that sort of touches on what you were talking about early in the Podcast, being RFID:

Forget that the company that I work for provided the Technology to do what they did, have a look at what this book store is using RFID for.
Pretty Cool!

PS. Aussies don't drink Fosters, in fact it isn't even sold down here from my knowledge!

Thank you both for this interesting pod. What I missed was more discussion between the two of you. Clearly you have different approaches towards the marketing thought. My advise for a next time is to let a third person trigger the discussion a bit more.
